Damages and Issues
- Inspect Your Order: Check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Provide Proof: Please provide a picture of the damaged item as proof. We will be happy to replace it.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Tej Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Ensure the provided address is correct and secure. If your item is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can start an investigation.
Refunds
- Return Notification: Returns are considered individually and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Tej Essentials' Right: Tej Essentials reserves the right to refuse returns if there is no valid reason.
- Shipping Costs: We cannot refund any shipping costs, as they are directly paid to our shipping providers.
- Responsibility: Returned products remain your responsibility until they reach Tej Essentials. We do not cover return tracking or postage costs.
- Proof of Postage: While not mandatory, we recommend using tracking services for your protection and keeping proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
- Condition: Only products received by us in good condition can be credited.
- Correct Items: Ensure you are sending back the correct items, as any incorrectly returned products cannot be credited and will not be returned to you.
- Inspection and Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Refund Process: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
